@canneddragons No thanks!
It was a 10lb bag of rice. There were only a scant 2 cups left when I discovered the tiny buggies.
Weāve gotten a lot of additional protein.

@eurobubba Hope!
@rscottjones Iām just realizing/recalling that Empower took over Personal Capital, so now it all makes sense. Used to have an account at Personal Capital.
@manton Iāll admit I havenāt tried Dia. Still using Arc due to inertia.
I suppose in theory there could be more investment in Arc again, but somehow I doubt it.
@birming š
@rscottjones Interesting as thatās where my 401(k) sits.
@robertbreen Iām not using anything. I used Mint for a number of years, but I stopped (before it closed down) because I wasnāt actually making use of the numbers. I might want to be more attentive to spending going forward, but Iām not sold on it being a valuable process (for me).
@bradbarrish Interesting. Thanks for the rec!
@rw š¤
@davoh ā¤ļø I hope you have a great year!
@manton Thanks for sharing Managed Payments. One other person on Mastodon clued me into that as well. Hadnāt heard of it! I get the too early concern as well, howeverā¦
@vincent Unfortunate to hear about the Lemon Squeezy problems. Maybe all the effort at Stripe has been to move on to Managed Payments, which gives me a little more hope that that offering will be better than beta.
Still, š¬.
@bradbarrish Amazing!
@birming The kids (21, 18, 14) are addicted to it. Many rewatches. They finally got me sat down to watch it with them. š
@patrickrhone Itās a wild ride, isnāt it? Dropping our oldest off for her senior year of college, well, right now. Dropping our middle at her freshman year in a week and a half. Weāre ready for the wave of emotion, but not ready.
My wife mourned all senior year, for every last. Iām more of a flood of emotion for a week around when the kid leaves. (And lingering emotion for forever after, as you know. š)
Good luck! It sounds like your daughter has a strong idea of what she wants, which will be really helpful in decision making.
@patrickrhone On the way to many big firsts. Enjoy the ride as much as youāre able. š
@bradbarrish That looks like a nice setup. Iād definitely look closer if I didnāt drink decaf while my wife drinks caffeinated. The pour over continuesā¦
@mineinmono Thanks for the tea confirmation! I think Iāll keep reaching for it.
My sister-in-law and her husband lived in Chicago for a time and their favorite was Giordanoās, so we had to go. š
@jthingelstad Yessir. Our daughters wanted to go to a Kpop concert at United Center and we tagged along.
@jthingelstad As a son of a former small town theater owner, I like to see these community-owned movie theaters! (At least I assume thatās what it is.)
@birming š
@jthingelstad Love Montreal!
@birming First watch for me. Itās a good one!
@ericmwalk hope you have a blast! This is one we couldnāt prebook, and secondary market tickets were getting Swiftian.
@birming šā¤ļø
@matthewlang That is gorgeous.
